Government Contracts & Sub Partnerships

Optima operates as a specialist sub-contractor within supply chains managed by national prime contractors organisations that hold major government and public sector contracts and require credible, qualified delivery partners to provide services their own teams do not deliver directly.

Our sub-partnership work spans a broad range of programme types. We deliver one-to-one clinical mental health counselling, neurodiversity coaching, bereavement and loss support, group wellbeing interventions and employability services working with individuals who are often at significant points of vulnerability and who need expert, boundaried and carefully governed support to move forward.

The organisations we partner with include national employability and skills providers, UK charities and social enterprises, and public health commissioners. Our contracts are varied in geography, duration and focus but consistent in one thing: the requirement for a delivery partner with the clinical capability, governance infrastructure and quality assurance processes to perform to contract standard.

Our current sub-contracts support anything from a minimum of 115 participants through to programmes reaching over 1,000 individuals. Each contract operates to defined KPIs, structured referral processes and regular reporting requirements, the standard expected when public funding and vulnerable people are involved.
