Mental Health, Wellbeing & Neurodiversity Support

Specialist sub-contracted delivery within a national employability programme

Supporting individuals facing significant barriers to employment through clinical mental health counselling, neurodiversity coaching and evidence-based group wellbeing workshops.

The Partnership

Optima is an appointed supply partner to a major national employability and skills organisation operating across the UK. The prime contractor holds government-commissioned employability contracts and requires a specialist delivery partner with qualified clinical and coaching capability to support participants whose barriers to employment are rooted in mental health challenges or neurodivergent conditions.

Referrals into Optima’s services come directly through the prime contractor’s employability programmes, including national restart and work and health schemes. Our role is to provide the specialist interventions that sit outside the prime contractor’s core offer but are essential to participant progress.
