Executive Team: Working closely with this client over a long-term period to support their growth and exit plan, which involved reviewing the current structure, growth plans and executive team required, culminating in a 2 year plan to build a new team comprising Marketing Director, Technical Director, Sales Director, Operations Director and Financial Controller, together with a Managing Director, leading to successful growth and exit.
