Job Title: Transport Administrator

Salary: £22K-£24K

The Company

An exciting opportunity to join a company based in Hinckley has arisen.

The role

* Data entry into our transport management system

* Communication on the telephone and via email with Customers

* Advertising loads via company broadcast email system and web portals

* Communication with subcontract Haulier's offices and drivers chasing updates delivery confirmations and Proof of delivery

* Extensive use of Excel, Word, Outlook and Mandata

The candidate

* Have a sound knowledge of the geography of the UK

* Fully comfortable with dealing with customers & Hauliers on the phone as well as face to face

* Be fully PC literate with knowledge of common Microsoft systems and aptitude to quickly learn other transport management systems
