Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Melton Mowbray
Salary: Up to £20,000 per annum + bonus
Our prestigious customer is looking to recruit a highly motivated telesales professional to join their team near Melton Mowbray on a permanent basis.
They are an expanding company opening new stores across the country to match their strong online growth. As part the growing Sales team, you will be at the heart of our business, promoting their full range of products, through inbound and outbound call, as well as live chat.
Working alongside other like-minded people who have a real passion for their products, you will be helping to drive up sales performance whilst hitting key individual targets.

Key Accountabilities/Role & Main Responsibilities
Actively making outbound calls to customers and prospects
Answering and converting incoming calls
Assisting online customers through live chat
Pro-actively managing current leads, creating new leads and converting these to sales
Generating sales growth and increasing customer loyalty
Promoting the full range of products
Optimising opportunities to upsell within the range of products
Essential Skills and Experience:
A sound track record in phone-based sales
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with a wide range of potential customers, as well as colleagues across the business
Experience in a target-driven environment
Driven to deliver a high level of customer service
A team player, with plenty of drive and energy to help continue the growth of the business
Salary and Benefits:
Basic Salary Up to £20k plus uncapped bonus structure
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM + occasional weekend work.
