Job Role: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Hinckley- Mon - Thu 8am - 4.45pm & Fri 8am 12pm (37 hours)

Salary: £25,000-29,000k Per Annum

The Company:

A well-established precision engineering and global manufacturer operating in a variety of Complex Markets including Aerospace, Automotive and Defence.

The Candidate:

Responsible for interfacing with the customer, aligning sales forecasts, inventory levels, and operational plans to optimise overall business performance. This role involves planning, communication with various departments, and the implementation of efficient processes to ensure the organisation meets its financial and operational objectives.

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • Proven experience in sales and ops planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with cross-functional

teams, senior management, and external stakeholders

  • Experience of working in an Aerospace Environment would be beneficial
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce
  • Experience/Understand full use of MRP System
  • Raw Materials knowledge (To support key customer requirements)
