Salary Up to £30,000 + Vehicle + Commission structure
Our client, a well-established and reputable Leicester based business within the Automotive glazing industry, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their growing team.
You will be an industry expert, looking for the next step in your career, or an established Sales Manager wanting to move to a business who is a market leader within its sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing the client base, including:
Managing new and existing client relationships;
B2B sales with medium-size fleets size organisations;
Follow-up on leads and book appointments with decision makers;
Manage and nurture existing accounts;
Negotiate new contracts;
Develop your own sales strategy and build a pipeline;
Look after existing sales representatives and be involved in their training and development;
With a proven record of delivering exceptional results through innovative thinking, the ideal candidate will have a motivated and determined approach towards hitting set targets and be comfortable when negotiating new contracts.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
B2B experience within the automotive trade industry;
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to generate new business;
Flexibility with nationwide travel;
The ability to work independently and manage your own diary.
Salary: up to £30,000 + commission;
