Here at Optima we have an amazing opportunity with a long standing client of ours who are a family run business. They are well established within their field and are looking for an Internal Account Manager/Administrator to join their ever growing team in Leighton Buzzard. You will be responsible for assisting customers in determining their product needs and providing advice and assistance on varous products, taking, and processing orders, liaising with the factory staff, and building relationships with existing customers.

Other duties will include:

  • Responding to requests for information.
  • Working closely with company directors and other staff
  • Providing quotes
  • Securing orders
  • Dealing with customers face-to-face who come to our factory
  • Looking for opportunities to up sell and ensure the customer is fully aware of all products/services

About you:

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and personable individual who loves sharing their thoughts and ideas with the team, as well as contributing to meetings with ways we could improve or things we could do differently.

You must have the following skills:

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, with a one-hour lunch break.
