Job Title Recruitment Administrator
Salary Between £16k and £17k per annum
We are looking for a reliable Administrator who will undertake various tasks in a busy recruitment environment, ensuring the Leicester teams have adequate support to work efficiently.
You will ensure a smooth running of our company's offices and contribute in driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities include, but won't be limited to:
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies for the Leicester Manufacturing or Office Services team.
Manage arrangements/appointments for temp registrations
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters.)
Support payroll administration activities.
Create and update records and databases with personnel information for new temps.
Compile and manage adverts.
Managing speculative activity and systems coding activity.
Support central admin function with CV formatting.
Research into new market activity.
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
You will need to have experience within an office environment, as well as:
The ability to deal with high volumes of vacancies at any one time.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a real focus for delivering exceptional service to our candidates and clients.
A 'can-do' attitude.
Highly numerate and analytical.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
Self-motivated and trustworthy.
Ability to prioritize and work with little supervision.
