Salary Between £16k and £17k per annum

The Role

We are looking for a reliable Administrator who will undertake various tasks in a busy recruitment environment, ensuring the Leicester teams have adequate support to work efficiently.

You will ensure a smooth running of our company's offices and contribute in driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities include, but won't be limited to:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies for the Leicester Manufacturing or Office Services team.

  • Manage arrangements/appointments for temp registrations

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters.)

  • Support payroll administration activities.

  • Create and update records and databases with personnel information for new temps.

  • Compile and manage adverts.

  • Managing speculative activity and systems coding activity.

  • Support central admin function with CV formatting.

  • Research into new market activity.

  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

The Candidate

You will need to have experience within an office environment, as well as:

  • The ability to deal with high volumes of vacancies at any one time.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a real focus for delivering exceptional service to our candidates and clients.

  • A 'can-do' attitude.

  • Highly numerate and analytical.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.

  • Self-motivated and trustworthy.

  • Ability to prioritize and work with little supervision.

£16,000–£17,000 per annum

£50,000–£70,000 per annum

+ Car + Bonus

£10.00–£10.00 per hour


£28,000–£32,000 per annum
