Product & Contracts Manager

Optima Professional Services are recruiting for an experienced, proactive, highly self-motivated Product & Contracts Manager to join a Leicestershire based innovative fast paced organisation.

You'll ensure the business is compliant and commercially viable to all business activities. Ensuring that contracts with clients, partners and sub-contractors in all (national and European) are fit for purpose and mitigate risk to the business.

You'll manage a small team of executives.

It's essential you have knowledge and experience of the Travel Industry.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the establishment/operation of a centralised compliance function

  • Manage all contract agreements; ensuring legal compliance and commercial viability.

  • Work closely and support Operations team

  • Sourcing new tour content and USP's

  • Load rates and contract information on internal systems

  • Product development

  • Monitoring competitors and market changes

  • Develop, implement, review/update compliance processes, policies, procedures and registers

The Candidate

For this role you will need to possess:

  • Contract management knowledge - commercial drivers for better value contractual arrangements.

  • Ability to analyse/manage contract management information/performance and support commercial decision-making

  • Demonstrable experience of building business relationships with key internal stakeholders

  • Excellent IT skills.

  • Ability to work clearly and accurately under pressure and tight timescales.

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and team working skills.

  • Commercially minded with the ability to challenge the status quo

  • Demonstrate creativity and a flair for new ideas

30,000–40,000

£18,000–£20,000 per annum

£11.00–£13.00 per hour
