Product & Contracts Manager

Optima Professional Services are recruiting for an experienced, proactive, highly self-motivated Product & Contracts Manager to join a Leicestershire based innovative fast paced organisation.
You'll ensure the business is compliant and commercially viable to all business activities. Ensuring that contracts with clients, partners and sub-contractors in all (national and European) are fit for purpose and mitigate risk to the business.
You'll manage a small team of executives.
It's essential you have knowledge and experience of the Travel Industry.
In this role you will:
Lead the establishment/operation of a centralised compliance function
Manage all contract agreements; ensuring legal compliance and commercial viability.
Work closely and support Operations team
Sourcing new tour content and USP's
Load rates and contract information on internal systems
Monitoring competitors and market changes
Develop, implement, review/update compliance processes, policies, procedures and registers
For this role you will need to possess:
Contract management knowledge - commercial drivers for better value contractual arrangements.
Ability to analyse/manage contract management information/performance and support commercial decision-making
Demonstrable experience of building business relationships with key internal stakeholders
Excellent IT skills.
Ability to work clearly and accurately under pressure and tight timescales.
Ability to demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and team working skills.
Commercially minded with the ability to challenge the status quo
Demonstrate creativity and a flair for new ideas
