Job Title: Paralegal

The Role

To provide both cost effective and administrative support to fee earners within a busy legal practice. As a growing business our client are looking to recruit for Paralegals within the following departments:

Dispute Resolution, Employment, Corporate/Commercial and Commercial Property

Responsibilities will include:

  • File creation and client care correspondence;

  • Draft correspondence, legal documents and agreements;

  • Research and analyse laws and regulations;

  • Coordinate and attend meeting, prepare agendas and record minutes;

  • Deal with routine client enquiries and communications;

  • Deputise for fee earners in their absence;

  • Attending and participating in departmental meetings;

  • Share general administrative duties undertaken with other paralegals

  • Maintain data integrity

The Candidate

Will need to:

  • Have previous experience as a paralegal either within Property, Dispute Resolution, Employment or Corprate; ideally a minimum of 2 years;

  • Have excellent IT skills (especially Word and Excel)

  • Possess an eye for detail

  • Be hardworking and well organised

  • Adaptable and accommodating;

  • Good attention to detail
