The Role

As a highly successful SME business and Recruitment Services Company on a huge growth trajectory, we are recruiting for a new and exciting role of PA/Executive Assistant, based in our Leicestershire office.

This role will provide an excellent opportunity for an individual to act as a critical central catalyst for executive business.

In this role, you will be reporting directly into the CEO and chairman and will be involved in the following:

  • Providing full administrative support to the Chief Executive; prioritising and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner;

  • Acting as the first point of contact for external contacts, dealing with email, correspondence and phone calls;

  • Diary management and organising internal and external meetings and appointments;

  • Managing internal and external facing projects from inception to conclusion. This will involve full project tracking to ensure objectives and milestones are met on time.

  • Working collaboratively with our Marketing team to create presentations and commercial proposals for internal and external meetings;

  • Pulling data from the internal database, and generating reports for analysis;

  • Organising company events;

  • Being involved in organising staff appraisals;

  • Other duties as required.

The Candidate

You will have previous experience as a Personal Assistant at Senior Executive level and will be confident in working in a fast-paced environment.

Key attributes will include the following:

  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

  • Understanding and experience of all Microsoft Office packages;

  • Strong IT Skills with the ability to formulate data from spreadsheets;

  • Professional approach in all aspects of work;

  • The ability to deal with confidential information;

  • Can work independently, is organised and pro-active in their approach to work.

£16,000–£20,000 per annum

£22,000–£26,000 per annum

£10.00–£14.00 per hour

£50 shift allowance per week

£25,000–£32,000 per annum
