The Company:

Our client is an industry leader in designing, producing, and installing retail displays, windows, and pop-up spaces. They create unique displays that help bring brands top life.

They are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to help in their planning department with experience working in a fat paced environment.

The Candidate:

The ideal Office Administrator candidate will:

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, XL and Word

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable.

  • Have good administrative skills.

  • Have strong communication skills.

  • Possess a positive attitude.

  • Possess good time management.

  • Have an ability to work with other departments towards a shared goal.

  • Be able to work independently.

  • Carry out other duties as required.

Job Role Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the planning board is always maintained and up to date with all "live jobs" and projects for visibility.

  • To ensure that when going into production meetings to have printed off all production packs relevant to the meeting.

  • To ensure that the tickets have been placed on the board and folders have been created.

  • To ensure that the hours required to do the projects are available for discuss at the meeting.

  • To ensure that the jobs have been planned through the correct production departments and spreadsheets created.

  • Chase layups and give to the purchasing department and other relevant departments.

  • Ensure that all relevant materials are picked from the warehouse and other relevant departments.

  • Chase 1st off's, complete sign off's, complete packaging sign off's, transport requirements.

  • Chase box labels, instruction sheets & document packs.
