Office Administrator

Role: Administrator

Hours: Days 8:30am - 17:00pm

Pay Rate: £11.50- £12 per hour

Location: Copt Oak

Our client is hiring for an all-round administrator who is commercially astute, quick thinking, able to multitask, organise and prioritise.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Placing purchase orders and building bills of materials within our system

  • Manage customer interface - order intake process and loading onto the MRP system.

  • Manage customer delivery and the invoice process.

  • Arrange customer delivery slots.

  • Provide customer perspective on any internal queries.

  • Manage/control stock levels of standard/repeating products.

  • Set up new customer and supplier accounts.

  • Check and file customer invoices.

  • Upload invoices to customer portals

The Candidate:

  • Strong knowledge in using Microsoft Office

  • Reading technical drawings and data entry

  • Open and approachable

  • Confident

  • Articulate

  • Clear communication

  • Positive attitude

  • Experience within a manufacturing company is desirable
