Role: Welder/Fabricator

Location: Burton on Trent

Shift: Day shift

Pay: £13-£15 per hour

The Company

Part of a global organisation working from a purpose-built facility in Burton-Upon-Trent. Manufacturing safety equipment is their main specialty however they also fabricate and weld products in a variety of industries. They are looking for a welder/fabricator to join their team.

Role

• A Welder/Fabricator job has become available in Burton-Upon-Trent.

• You will be required to work from engineering drawings manufacturing parts for a variety of different industries.

• The position will require the use of machinery and hand tools.

• MIG welding and possibly some TIG.

• You must be able to competently fabricate and mark out materials prior to welding.

The Person

• The ideal candidate will be proficient in MIG welding techniques.

• You will also be comfortable fabricating from engineering drawings (essential).

• Any subcontract experience would be advantageous.
