Job Title Legal Secretary - Wills & Probate
Salary Between £17,000 and £20,000 per annum
We are working on behalf of a Solicitor's firm in Loughborough, who is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary within Wills & Probate, to join them on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will be supporting two solicitors and be responsible for the following:
Involved in all aspects of audio typing and dictation;
Preparing official correspondence and legal documents;
Diary management, including arranging meetings and appointments;
Daily filing, opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files;
Monitoring case details and deadlines using the firm's records management software;
Providing general assistance to members of fee earning staff and other support staff.
You will have previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Assistant or Administrator within a Wills & Probate environment, as well as have the following:
Fast typing skills with excellent grammar.
Proven administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and very good communication skills.
Process driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional manner and the ability to complete work to a high standard.
