Job Title: Learning & Development Co-Ordinator
Location: Leicester
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
The Role:
Our Client is a market leading and award-winning UK learning business that specialise in providing small and medium sized businesses with quality yet affordable products and services.
They are looking for someone to join our team to help with all areas of the day-to-day business administration across our learning and development product and services range.
This is a role best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, is resilient and enthusiastic about a career in a learning and development environment as well as developing their skills.
Main Responsibilities
* Deal with customer queries via email and telephone
* Updating internal CRM and Customer Knowledge Bases
* Helping to set up and maintain Learning Management Systems for our customers
* General administration for our classroom-based learning programmes
* Helping to produce and update customer communications, reports and statistics
* Organising and booking travel, together with diary management for the Directors of the business
* Help organise any events, conferences or webinars
* Liaising with staff, partners, customers and suppliers
* Participate in weekly business meetings

* A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if
required
* Strong communication and listening skills, with a positive approach
