Job Title Internal Sales Advisor
Salary up to £22,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has come up for an Internal Sales Advisor to join an International Manufacturing Business in Leicestershire.
In this position, you will be involved in the following:
Participate in lead generation and create a list of potential customers;
Develop sales opportunities by responding to inbound leads from the phone, website and email;
Provide detailed information to customers about the products/company;
Follow-up on specific promotions and product launches;
Ensure leads are recorded in the correct manner and followed-up to obtain the order;
Expand and develop the relationship between customers and the business to increase turnover;
Contact customers if they do not place orders to ensure that orders are not lost and forecasted orders are met;
Follow-up on new accounts and obtain feedback on their first dealings with the business;
Assist existing customers and grow these accounts sales by cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and promotional offers;
Work closely with Key Account Manager to ensure that all requests are completed on time;
Support Key Account Managers in relation to all requests for quotes, samples, complaints and literature;
Provide and maintain customer reporting to aid in the development of customer accounts;
Update and report on KPI's as agreed and act when performance is lower than required;
Other duties are required.
Excellent Excel skills, with ability to adapt to new computer systems quickly
Strong Sales and Customers Service skills
Ability to understand technical concepts
Previous experience in an internal sales/sales administrator position is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Hours are 08.30 - 5.00pm Monday - Friday
This is a temporary to permanent contract, so you will need to immediately or on short notice available.
