Fitting Team Leader

Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Job Title: Machine Fitting Team Leader

Salary: £30,500 - £33,600 per year

Shifts: Days 7:00am - 4:00pm (7.00am - 1.00pm on Friday)

The Role

This company is looking for a skilled Fitter to join their team (in the manufacture of CNC machines) as a Team Leader, supervising and providing support to the other team members. This will involve you having close communication with the production and operation managers, working to specific timeframes.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role

  • Have previous experience of machine buidling (CNC/Plasma Cutting desirable)

  • Have great attention to detail

  • Be an exceptional communicator and relationship builder

  • Alwasy be punctual and reliable
