Job Title Finance Director
Location Leicestershire area
Salary £60,000-£70,000
The Role:
Optima are recruiting for a Finance Director within the Leicestershire area.
This job would suit a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or part-qualified accountant to manage a small finance team of 5. This role is working for a business that has seen and continues to have fast growth within a forward thinking environment.
The Finance Director would be expected to:
Provide leadership, development and motivation to the finance team
Manage cashflow
Present the MD with management accounts across 3 division and be able to advise both the MD and 2 other Directors within the business.
Forecasting and Budgeting responsibility
Project management
Providing analytical support to identify opportunities
The key components of this role would be the:
Cashflow management
Forecasting and budgeting
Experience with implementing structure, advising and financial planning
The systems used by the business are Sage and Eque2
