Job Title: Part-Time Finance Administrator

Location: Leicestershire

Salary: £20,000 pro rata

Optima Professional Services have a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a local garden design specialist's business in Leicestershire.

The Role

  • Processing accurate Purchase Invoices in a timely manner

  • Resolving queries by liaising with suppliers

  • Carrying out all Bank Reconciliations up to Trial Balance level (i.e. VAT, PAYE etc)

  • Monthly Reconciliation of Supplier Statements

  • Raising of Supplier Payments either via BACs, Faster payment or Direct Debit

  • Processing of Staff Expenses

  • Preparation and Payment of Staff Salaries

  • Cash Flow Analysis and Projections

  • Profit and Loss Analysis

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Accounts Assistant / Finance Administrator and will have finance knowledge up until Trial Balance:
