Salary: Up to £13.00 p/h dependant on experience
Hours: 7am - 4pm, Mon to Fri.

The Role - Fencing/Grounds Maintenance Operative
We are currently recruiting for a Fencing/Grounds Maintenance Operative to work for a company providing a first-class service to house builders and developers across the midlands. You will be working with the customer care team as a team leader, will be working on the tools within a small team.
Daily duties will involve:
Manage a small team of operatives.
General Fencing/Grounds Maintenance Operative experience including grass cutting and strimming.
Shrub pruning/Hedge cutting/Weed maintenance.
Fencing Knowledge.
To assist with soft landscaping projects
The ability to use horticultural equipment.
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Fencing/Grounds Maintenance Operative check list:
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a similar role or ready for their next step within the industry.
Driving License
Extensive horticultural experience (desirable)
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
The following would be desirable:
PA1 and PA6 Tickets
NVQ Level 2 or 3 Horticultural or equivalent
