Salary: £30-£36k Depending on Experience
Type: Permanent
Shift: 7:30am to 4:30pm On to Thu / 7:30am to 12:30pm Fri

Our Client

A leading manufacturer of point-of-sale display equipment. Producing a range of high-end bespoke products for the commercial and retail sectors.

The Job Role

Our client is looking to recruit a Fabrication Supervisor who will support the Production Manager with the day to day running of the Fabrication shop in a busy manufacturing environment.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Will have experience in the Fabrication industry

  • Be able to oversee shop floor teams and have prior supervisory experience

  • Worked in the point-of-sale industry or similar (desirable)

  • Experience with operating Fabrication machinery (CNC, Laser, Punch, Press Brake)

  • Experience with MIG welding

  • Will have a good knowledge of engineering drawings

  • Be able to multi task

  • Lead by example

  • Have a good presence on the shop floor and be interactive with the operators (not an office based role)

  • Be Hands On

  • Have good IT Skills
