Devising/maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
Dealing with incoming email, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
Carrying out background research and presenting findings
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
Undertake research and ad hoc projects as and when needed
Plan, organise and manage events as needed, including corporate entertainment
Act with tact and discretion to support confidentiality when dealing with personal matters
Personal Assistant Skills and Qualifications
3 years+ in business administration
Experienced Personal Assistant at senior management level.
Confident use of Microsoft Office suite
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Proven ability to communicate with a wide range of people
In addition to relevant experience and secretarial and administrative knowledge, you'll need to show evidence of the following:

Full-time hours, Mon - Fri
Overtime required occasionally
Remote working with occasional travel to Mayfair (travel expenses paid)
