Job Title: Electrical Improver
Location: Sutton-in-Ashfield
Salary: Circa £25,000 - £32,000 DOE (including overtime)

The Role
Due to expansion, our client is looking for a field based Electrical Improver. The role involves working on customer sites such as leading sports stadiums, rail, ports, airports, and retail carparks across the UK. Base weekly hours are 37½, (Average 45 hours per week with overtime). As an Electrical Improver, you will be expected to work away from home (Mon-Thurs/Fri).
You must have the right to live and work in the UK.
The Candidate
The ideal Electrical Improver will have:
Experience of working in an installation and maintenance environment.
Experience as an Electrician's Mate/Electrical Improver with Electrical experience.
A Mechanical background (advantageous).
A valid UK driving license
CSCS Card/ ECS.
IPAF qualified an advantage.
The ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency whilst never compromising safety or quality of workmanship.
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Flexibility is essential in this role.
To be Self-motivated, responsible, able to work well as part of a team and on own initiative.
High standard of Health & Safety awareness, and the ability to read and follow RAMS strictly.
