Location: Grantham (NG31 9SE) - Office Based

Working Hours: (Days) Mon-Fri 07:00-16:15, Friday 07:00-12:00.

Salary: Up to £38k

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

The Role

A Role has become available for a Design Engineer at an Engineering company based in Grantham. The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing products relating to Crushing and Screening Equipment. Using computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer and Solid Works.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed design documents and drawings.

  • Create designs to enhance current production machines performance and aesthetics.

  • Annalise design and build technical solutions that deliver our client's goal.

  • Work to develop, manufacture and market the crushing products.

  • Estimate time and costs required to complete projects.

The Candidate

  • Strong experience in either AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer and Solid Works - Essential.

  • Experience of new product drawings - Essential.

  • Proactive and able to manage own workload.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Organised with a good attention to detail.

  • Able to meet critical deadlines.

  • Team orientated.
