Job Title Customer Service Advisor/Administrator
Salary Between £10 and £11 per hour
Our client is a Northampton based Manufacturer of bespoke classic and fashionable footwear. They're recognised worldwide as a prestigious brand for their craftsmanship and quality of their bespoke products.
In recognition of their strong brand and continued growth, we're recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their vibrant team. This is a temporary role until 31st December 2018.
This role would ideally suit an individual who is already an experienced Customer Service or Administrator. You'll be supporting all aspects of the order process, problem solve, plan and prioritise your day. This is a great opportunity for you to grow and continue your career, whilst being part of a long-established brand where you'll be valued for your contribution.
In this role you will:
Receive, study and process all orders;
Liaise with production and ensure the good process of orders;
Inform stores and Commercial Directors of the orders' progress, including lead-times and delivery times;
Dealing with customer requests, demands and claims efficiently with the help of the relevant departments and tools;
Import and export duties, including invoicing and crediting;
Ensuring prompt payments from all partners and concessions;
Develop your knowledge of the products and services offered;
Consistently provide the best solution to your customer's individual needs.
For this role you will need to be available to start immediately, as well as:
Have excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Good attention to detail
A quick learner and be self-motivated
Be able to prioritise
Good PC Skills - Excel, Word, Outlook
Desirable Language - French
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM
