Job Title Customer Service Advisor -
We are looking for Customer Service Advisor to be based in our Hinckley Branch
Offering a reassuring voice to our customers across a variety of communication channels, seeking to go above and beyond to support our customers (internal and external).
Taking ownership and responsibility of customer queries through to resolution, ensuring customers are informed throughout and written conversation notes are recorded.
Ensuring interactions with customers are well considered, timely and thorough to the highest quality.
Liaising with our Sales Designers, Surveyors, and Installers to proactively resolve any queries throughout all stages of the installation process.
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
· Strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask
· Be able to work as a team
· Experience in complaint handling
