Job Title Customer Service Advisor
Salary £8.70 per hour
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established distribution centre in Leicester for a 3-month temporary contract.
Responsibilities will include:
To be the first point of contact for customers by responding to their issues and queries in an accurate and efficient manner;
Liaise with other team members and contractors to offer the best service to customers;
Use all required systems to complete precise data and information records within agreed guidelines;
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive first response on each contact;
Be involved in tracking consignment deliveries with courier services;
Ensure that all customer telephone order entries are dealt with in a secure and timely manner;
Work together with other team members whenever their assistance in more complex issues is required;
Follow agreed performance and quality guidelines to diagnose and respond accurate information to customers;
Work per agreed targets and KPI's by monitoring your own performance.
We are looking for a candidate who has previously worked in a customer service environment, preferably in a contact centre, as well as:
Be PC literate, especially with Microsoft Office;
Have a great sense of empathy, interpersonal and customer service skills;
Having excellent communication and listening skills and being able to quickly understand and solve the needs of the customers;
Work within a team framework and being able to plan and prioritise your own workload;
Start on Monday 14th October 2019 for a 3 months' temporary contract
Working Hours: Rotation shift pattern: Monday to Friday 9AM- 5PM for first 2 weeks' of training.
Afterwards 3 weeks' rotating shift pattern:
Sunday 10am to 6pm
Monday to Thursday Week 1: 9-5, Week 2: 11am-7pm, Week 3 2pm-10pm
