Job Title: CNC Turner Operator

Location: Leicester, LE1

Salary: Up to £11.50 per hour

Shift: Rotating 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm (Monday to Friday)

The Role

Our client is currently looking for a CNC Turner Operator in Leicester. The position will be predominantly to operate Fanuc controlled CNC lathes. It will also involve ensuring the quality of the products using measuring equipment including calipers, verniers and gauges.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC Lathes with Fanuc control systems. You will also be required to do occasional offsets and change tool tips when required. Experience quality checking work is essential; use of calipers, verniers etc.

The company is a well-established, Leicester based engineering firm that specialise in the manufacture of products for the Automotive and Oil and Gas Sector.
