Job role: CNC Miller Setter/Operator

Location: Coventry

Working hours: (Days) Mon-Thurs 07:30-16:30, Friday 07:30-14:30

Pay: Up to £14 per hour

The Role

A job for a CNC Milling Setter/Operator has become available in the Coventry area. The job is a permanent day shift, manufacturing tooling for the construction industry using OneCNC. The job will also involve setting and operating machines.

The Candidate

  • Able to set and operate with either Fanuc or Siemens controls.

  • Previous experience working on prototypes and small batch work

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings

  • Mechanical aptitude and good math skills

  • A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach

  • Good communication abilities

  • Certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline would be beneficial.

The Company is an established engineering company that manufacture products for the construction industry. They are well established within the community and customers include a number of well-known construction businesses.
