Job Title Business Energy Consultant
Salary Between £20,000 and £23,000 per annum + uncapped commission
Our client, a national business energy consultancy, is looking for a Business Energy Consultant to join their successful Leicester team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospects and new businesses and be involved in the following:
Engage with prospective businesses, capturing key information on customer renewals, prices and requirements
Be committed to understand your clients' needs for the purpose of offering the best possible solution
Be responsible for capturing key tactical sales pipeline information to ensure you speak to customers at the right time
Gather information on competitors to enhance your rapport building and negotiation skills
Be responsible for your own personal development
Be responsible for managing your own workload to be able to meet and exceed your monthly KPI's.
We are looking for someone with excellent sales and account management skills, as well as:
Experience within the Energy industry
Background within a B2B Sales environment (desirable)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrate the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry
Ability to work with and without supervision
Commercial knowledge and the ability to deal with large customers and coordinate projects
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
Uncapped commission scheme - Realistic OTE £50,000 - £100,000 per annum.
