The Role

Our client, a reputable legal firm with several offices across the UK, are looking for an experienced Bid Writer/Manager to support the firm's ambitious growth plans.

In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth management of the entire bid process, and will be involved in the following:

  • Assist on producing high quality tenders, proposals and capability statements to meet strict deadlines;

  • Work with other bid team members to produce written bid responses and presentation collateral in line with deadlines;

  • Assist in the production of monthly bid outcomes analysis, including new wins and track 12-month performance;

  • Managing the bid budget;

  • Coordinate scoping meetings and organising feedback/kick-off meetings;

  • Work with partners to draft commercial responses;

  • Deal with very quick turnaround documents, as well as larger formal procurement lead tenders;

The Candidate

You will be an experience Bid Writer or Manager and driven to develop your career within a reputable firm, as well as:

  • Minimum 3 years' bid writing experience;

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of the end-to-end bid process;

  • Experience in a Professional Services environment;

  • Strong Software skills - InDesign experience desirable;

  • Stakeholder engagement skills;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;

  • High attention to detail and committed to deliver excellent levels of service to clients.

£15.00–£18.00 per hour

£12.00–£15.00 per hour
