Job Title: Administrator
Location: Eccles, Manchester
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Due to our continued success, we are recruiting for a Customer Service Role with the necessary experience and personality to help deliver our unrivalled services to our clients.
Contacting existing clients by telephone and email to arrange pre-scheduled onsite health surveillance appointments.
Working to KPI's regarding volume of clients contacted and appointments booked.
Managing your own workload and creating follow up activities.
Working closely with the job scheduling team to ensure that schedules are created and confirmed efficiently, including notifying the scheduling team when overnight accommodation is required.
Allocating the jobs booked to the occupational health technicians using the occupational health software.
Liaising with the occupational health technicians regarding jobs allocated to them, updates and amendments.
Using multiple programs, internal CRM & Occupational Health software, MS EXCEL, Trimble GeoManager and Signable Electronic Signature software.
Creating and issuing client service agreements using Signable.
Producing job timetables and emailing them to clients for completion and return.
Running and checking daily reports to confirm that all jobs are accurately booked.
Following GDPR guidelines - ensuring that clients and their employees' information is safe and secure.
Cancelling and rescheduling appointments as required.
Carrying out a variety of admin duties and responsibilities as required.
Previous experience in a customer focussed, telephone-based role.
Professional telephone manner and assertive influencer.
Ability to self-manage and prioritise to work within deadlines
Proven client communication and customer service skills.
Problem solving to provide clients with replies and solutions to additional requests/queries
Excellent computer and organisation skills.
