We're on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager from the aerospace or automotive industry to join our well-established client based in Derby
About the Account Manager role:
As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
To manage a portfolio of clients within the aerospace industry
Be the first point of contact for account queries, managing risk and presenting customers with solutions
Competently manage changing priorities and deadlines to meet internal and external requirements.
Manage the Despatch schedules and liaising with internal teams to minimise risks to OTIF to achieve deadlines
Performing regular inloads, managing exceptions and pricebooks, reporting internally and externally on orderbooks and orderbook stability
About You:
Do you have previous experience working as an Account Manager? To be considered for this Account Manager role, you will be a passionate candidate with excellent relationship management and time keeping skills. With experience in production processes and Programme Management preferably within the aerospace/automotive industry or similar. You will strive for excellent customer satisfaction even during challenging project timescales and take full ownership of the assigned customer account.
