Job Title Account Administrator

Salary £22,000 per annum
My client is looking for a dedicated new member to join their existing friendly office. To effectively assist running a pallet/equipment account within a dedicated team servicing the customer as per the agreements in place, whilst supporting the requirements of the Customer Account Manager. Dealing with customer enquiries relating to equipment management. No pallet or equipment experience is necessary as full training will be provided as part of the role.
Control of the movements of pallet equipment for allocated clients.
Represent our client to the best of your ability using your endeavours to promote the interests of the company in order to retain existing clients and help generate new ones.
Maintain orders and records through data analysis utilising the company technology as provided by the company.
To keep the Customer Account Manager apprised on the standing of your allocated accounts on a daily basis or as frequent as deemed necessary.
Be available for client visits at the customers offices and client's premises as and when required.
Be available for client conference calls as and when required.
Working with your Customer Account Manager to ensure the best possible pallet management for the Client so they incur as little cost as possible, reducing equipment losses assessing any problem areas and resolving issues to ensure the equipment balance on the whole account is kept with in an acceptable level.
Update & issue customer queries on a regular basis.
Undertake equipment counts. (6 weekend days per year).
Complete and balance the weekly pallet loop reports & publishing them to the relevant Customer Account Manager for review.
Liaising with third parties that effect the equipment pool managed
Any other duties that you may reasonably be asked to undertake and that are commensurate with your position and level of knowledge and experience.
At least 2-year experience within an administration role.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service.
Strong organisational and administration skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships internally and externally.
Good level of PC literacy including in MS Office and Database usage
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
