Mental health support services provided by Optima UK on a national scale as part of a four-year contract with Seetec.
Optima UK is proud to announce its new role as one of the official national mental health training partners for Seetec, a leading provider of first-class services in the UK’s skills and education, employability and health, criminal justice, and social care sectors.
The four-year partnership will see Optima UK deliver bespoke mental health support interventions to Seetec’s participants nationwide.
Seetec has selected Optima UK for its expertise in mental health training and coaching. Through this collaboration, Optima UK will provide specialised support aimed at improving mental health and wellbeing for participants, addressing a wide range of challenges, from neurodivergence to complex mental health needs.
Optima UK will offer a suite of interventions designed to meet the diverse needs of Seetec’s participants. It will include one-to-one specialist coaching for neurodivergence, delivered by qualified coaching staff, focusing on individual needs. It will also include one-to-one clinical mental health counselling, addressing barriers such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, stress management, and sleep health. Sessions will be delivered by Optima’s experienced mental health counsellors and ensure highly personalised support.
They’ll also offer remote group wellbeing workshops that will provide short, effective sessions for groups of 4-12 participants. These two-hour workshops, developed by Optima’s Clinical Lead (a registered Mental Health Nurse), will cover a wide range of topics such as self-belief, stress management, building resilience, mindfulness, mental health awareness, and much more.
Optima’s interventions aim to create lasting positive changes, enabling participants to overcome challenges and thrive in their personal and professional lives.
The partnership represents a significant step in addressing the growing need for mental health support within the sectors Seetec serves. Optima UK’s tailored approach is designed to provide the tools and resources needed to improve mental health and resilience, ensuring participants feel empowered and supported throughout their journey.
