Work Well Live Better, Worcestershire’s fully funded workplace health programme, is celebrating its first anniversary by hosting a second bi-annual showcase event on 3 December, 2024 at University of Worcester Arena.
Since its launch in December 2023, the programme has welcomed over 160 local businesses into its network and provided practical resources that not only enhance workplace well-being but also contribute directly to improved productivity and reduced absenteeism.
Following the success of its June 2024 showcase, which saw over 70 businesses in attendance, Work Well Live Better is excited to announce an impressive line-up of expert speakers for the December event. Attendees at the upcoming showcase will hear from industry experts and gain practical insights that emphasise the measurable benefits of workplace well-being.

This diverse line-up will cover essential well-being topics, including breathwork, nutrition, physical activity, and mental health. Attendees will leave with practical tools and strategies to boost productivity, reduce absenteeism, and improve workplace resilience.
Optima UK, the official training partner of Work Well Live Better, plays a vital role in providing accessible, high-quality training that empowers workplace champions throughout Worcestershire.
