18 months ago, in Worcester, we brought Grace into the business as an apprentice to support the delivery of a government-backed training programme. It was a deliberate hire based on attitude, potential, and the ability to grow.
What’s followed is exactly why that approach works.
Grace has now completed her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, achieving an overall Distinction. A result that reflects consistent performance across every element of assessment.
Her outcomes were strong:
This wasn’t theoretical learning it was real delivery.
As part of her apprenticeship, Grace led a project promoting the Work Well Live Better programme. She planned and delivered presentations to around 40 students and engaged senior stakeholders contributing directly to programme visibility and external engagement.
More importantly, the capability behind the results has developed at pace:

Grace has been selected as an Apprentice Ambassador, through the council, supporting outreach through schools, careers events, and wider engagement. She is also contributing to the development and delivery of a new programme supporting 18–24-year-olds into employment.
